Why are we called My30?
We are called My30 because Mentors on the My30 platform can have a maximum of 30 Mentees at a time. This provides a level of exclusivity that ensures that each Mentee will receive the highest level of connection, attention, and responsiveness from their Mentor.

How does My30 work?
Mentors can create their unique profile on My30, determine their monthly subscription fee and outline their hours of availability. When users join My30 as a Mentee, they can search out a Mentor of their choosing and subscribe to their chosen Mentor. Once subscribed to their Mentor, they can now send up to 5 messages per day (within their Mentors hours of availability), which can be a combination of text messages (750 characters per message) and audio messages (up to 3 minutes per message). Mentors are committed to responding to Subscriber messages via audio message as quickly as possible, making the interaction almost instantaneous.

Can Mentees send messages to their Mentor outside the Mentor's hours of availability?
Yes, Mentees can send messages outside their Mentor's available hours. However, the Mentor will receive those messages and respond to them within their available hours.

Can Mentors change their hours of availability?
Yes, Mentors have the freedom to change their hours of availability whenever they want. This allows Mentors to adapt their schedule according to their preferences and commitments.

Can Mentees or Mentors send video messages?
Currently, video messages are not available on My30. However, they will be available for both Mentors and Mentees in the near future.

What happens if I cancel my subscription as a Mentee?
If you decide to cancel your subscription, your access to your Mentor will end after the last day of your current paid period. After cancellation, you will continue to retain access to all previous interactions with your Mentor. Unless canceled by the Mentee in advance.

What payment methods are accepted on My30?
My30 accepts payments through credit cards via Stripe. These options provide a secure and reliable payment process for subscribers.

Can I be a Mentor and a Mentee at the same time?
Yes, by creating a Mentor profile you can still subscribe to any other Mentor.
If you signed up as a Mentee and want to become a Mentor, you must edit your profile and update your information so that your profile can be approved as a Mentor.
